So I've forgotten this blog for 3 years. And sadly enough, after three years, I found myself back to where I was when I first started out this blog: unemployed in a strange place. Perhaps it's not a bad time to brush up this blog and kill my little time (as I have plenty at the moment according to some people's standard).
So what exactly have happened during these 3 years? Well, many things indeed. First, to update with the wish list I posted for my 23rd birthday, I've actually accomplished all of the wish list:
1. A week after my last post, I got an offer with Morgan Stanley
2. I did pass that CFA Level I exam
3. I did buy a nice camera, my baby Cannon 600D, only 1 years later
4. I did get all of those little wishes of cooking stuffs and start off my garden
5. last but not least, I actually did find a guy who is willing to participate in my horrible cooking experiments
So why would I find myself exactly where I left off:
1. I left NYC, and of course Morgan Stanley for that fact
2. I am in Singapore and looking for a job
It is not much different from moving to NYC from Hawaii. But I have to say moving from NYC to Singapore is much more pleasant as I found Singapore environment to be very much similar to that of Hawaii.
This journey of finding yourself surely will continue with me for sometimes. The important thing is stay positive and trusting yourself. I have a feeling that Singapore has reserved a place for me here, just like NYC did. All I need to do is finding that place. And I am sure have set myself on full speed for achieving that goal.
